摘要:
对10个木荷种源的种子长、宽、长宽比及千粒重等性状变异进行研究。结果表明:木荷种源间种子长、宽、千粒重等的差异均达到了极显着水平,长宽比的差异达到了显着水平;种子长、宽、长宽比及千粒重的遗传力分别为0.7340、0.8682、0.6479和0.8165。木荷种子长与种子宽、年均温度均呈显着正相关;种子千粒重与北纬呈显着负相关,与年均温度呈显着正相关。木荷种子形态特征地理变异呈现区域板块变异模式和随机变异模式。
Abstract:
The seed character variations of 10 Schima superba provenances were researched, which including length, width, lengthwidth ratio and thousandseed weight of seed.The results were as follows: There was extremely significant difference between seed length, width and lengthwidth ratio for different superba provenances The difference of seed lengthwidth ratio also reached significant level.And the heritability of these characters on the provenance level was 0.7340, 0.8682, 0.6479 and 0.7340 separately.The seed length had a significant positive correlations with seed width and annual average temperature.Thousandseed weight had significant negative correlation with north latitude, but significant positive correlations with annual average temperature.Geographic variation pattern of S. superba seed character were regional plate variation pattern and random mutation
